i need this in life... turquoise nail polish is sooo in right now ;) seriously it is but i do need it.

kelly got my this plant.. my last bamboo plant died and got all shrively it lasted almost 3 years though so who knows. this one totes has a cute butterfly on the vase so maybe that will help its life span.


i curled my hair today. it was huuuge then the humid laid it down a bit and i liked it. its fun. lol . im excited about sxsw this next week. its going to be exhausting but it should be good times.

toni came to town this weekend from dallas. on friday night we went out to creekside and i got a little bit too drunk. good times. i fell.. wait no i did not fall. whata are you talking about..



saturday we went to frans and then to several record stores ... then made dinner and watched last weeks 30 rock and a classic arrested development episode. the one where they are all clucking like "chickens" HAA

we figured out that in order for the record player to work all we need was a pre-amp so we went up to frys today and sure enough it works.. it doesnt sound perfect but its a quick fix for now.. we went to the bookcase store as well today and the owner is hilarious and saturday we went too and he was totally hitting on toni haha.. anyway! we are getting a custom shelf for our records and record player its going to be awesome.



woo hoo its sunday so big love and all of my other shows tonight. im stoked

i took a completely random half day on tuesday and im so glad i did. joseph picked me up from work and we went and at some deliciious double burgers at P. Terry's mmmm.. then we went to zilker botanical gardens and took some pictures. looked at some kinda depressing koi. they used to be swimming around and all excited but now they are just hanging out. how sad. :(

then we went and got snow cones. yeah its totally summer already around here.. woo hooo summer! i got a passion fruit and pina colada.. mmmm it totally tasted like summer.






this is one of my favorite eyeshadow palettes from sephora like EVER. all the colors are just so great and rich and awesome. plus with my brown eyes everyone of the colors just make my eyes pop. esp the purple/burgundy shades okay time to re-paint my nails

shhhhh..

i've er we've spent quite a bit of money at cindie's and other adult places lately. lol. i wont tell what we bought but we filled up quite a bit of the frequent shopper card.

busy busy weekend.

i got behind
i went out of town to houston early morning on friday so i have been a litttttttttttle busy
anyhoo.

friday we went to the dealership where we bought our car to get a small scratched fixed and to get the floor mats installed. we noticed this sign when we were there the first time.. it used to be part of the honda sign , it was ripped off and lodged into this wall during hurricane ike. its nuts!!!


Saturday we were at my dads and its my future step niece McKenzie's 5th birthday. It was at the woodlands children's museum which by the way was AWESOME! It had this little dino pit area where they had buried bones and the kids would dig thru this recycled tire stuff and find the bones. they also had the kids make baking soda and vinegar volcanoes. This is a picture of my dad and my future step mom Ronda.


Then after the party we went to my mom and theresa's house in Richmond and went out to eat and hung out and played the wii. I must have played a little too hard because on Sunday when i woke up i had a serious case of wii arm .lol. mom and theresa made some breakfast then we left. We stopped and ate some lunch on our way out of town at the worst whataburger ever we sat there for over 20 mins waiting on two burgers.

any way im glad to be back at home .. i have a random half day tomorrow. im looking forward to it :)
